Deacon Bruce came to Prince of Peace Parish in 2005 and was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Diocese of Orlando June 13, 2009 and has served at Prince of Peace Parish since ordination.
He is a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus and a member of Prince of Peace Knights of Columbus Council 8791.
He currently serves on the Adoration Committee, does Baptism Preparation for parents and godparents, Is an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion Workshop facilitator for the Diocese of Orlando, a Ministry to the Sick Workshop facilitator for Prince of Peace Parish, and serves as Director and instructor for the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) Program for Prince of Peace.
Deacon Bruce has been on mission trips to both Haiti and Uganda and hopes to travel again on a mission trip soon.
