Fundraisers
Make Camp Less Expensive
Wreath Fundraiser
Now Until December 13th
- Support Your Teen: When someone makes a purchase using the QR code, link, or our group code, they can enter your teen's name as the referring member. I will make sure that 15% of their purchase goes directly toward your teen's camp fund!
- I left the QR code attachment too in case you would like to make your own flyer if you'd like as well.
- Online Link: https://giftitforward.com/fundraising-code/PRINCEFL005
- No Referring Member? If a purchase is made without a teen listed as the referring member, those funds will go toward helping reduce the cost of the bus for everyone.
- Online Fundraiser Deadline: Online sales will run through December 16th. All online purchases earn our group a flat 15%, and there are plenty of options for people to choose from!
- Mass Fundraiser: All teens who helped out during Masses over the past two weekends will receive an equal share of the funds raised during that time. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make those weekends a success!
This is a great opportunity for our teens to earn money toward camp while also helping lower some of the shared expenses for everyone.
The more we share, the more we can raise! Please encourage your teen to send the flyer to family and friends, and feel free to share it on your social media pages as well.
Thank you all for your continued support and for helping make Summer Camp more affordable for our teens. Every little bit helps, and I truly appreciate everyone's efforts!

Carwashes
First One is Nov 7th and 8th
Our Car Wash Fundraisers are among our most successful fundraising opportunities and a great way for participants to earn money toward their goals!
This year, we are planning to host five car washes, with the possibility of adding a sixth if our schedule allows.
To make these fundraisers successful, we ask all participants to help out during three of our four weekend Mass times. Participants are also expected to attend Mass during the fourth time slot when they are not volunteering.
New This Year: Unless you are serving at Mass that weekend, participants will be asked to attend either the 4:00 PM Saturday Mass or the 7:30 AM Sunday Mass. This will allow us to have more volunteers available during the busier Mass times, helping us make the most of each fundraising opportunity.
How Are Funds Distributed?
Everyone who participates in a car wash fundraiser will receive an equal share of the total money raised at that event. The more participation and teamwork we have, the more successful our fundraisers will be!
These car washes are a fantastic opportunity to work together, serve our parish community, and raise funds while having fun!
Chaperones
Chaperone Update
Because both Middle School and High School camps are taking place during the same week, I will only be able to attend one of them again this year.
I have not decided which camp I will personally be attending just yet.
This is something I will be praying about and discerning over the next few months before making that decision.
However, I want to reassure everyone that whichever camp I do not attend will have an experienced lead chaperone who has attended that camp before and has served as a lead chaperone in the past.
Both groups will be in great hands, and I have complete confidence in the leadership we will have at each camp.
My priority is making sure that both our Middle School and High School teens have a safe, faith-filled, and incredible camp experience!
Interested in Being a Camp Chaperone?
If you're a parent who would be interested in joining us as a
chaperone for either Middle School or High School camp, I would love to hear from you!
Please fill out the camp registration form and then reach out to me directly so we can set up a time to talk.
I'd love to go over what a typical week at camp looks like, what the responsibilities and expectations are for our chaperones, and what we look for in the adults who accompany our teens.
Being a chaperone is an incredible opportunity to experience camp alongside our youth, support them throughout the week, and witness firsthand the impact these experiences can have on their faith.
Chaperones are also welcome and encouraged to participate in our fundraising opportunities! Just like our teens, chaperones who help with fundraisers can earn money toward their own camp costs, helping make the trip more affordable for everyone.
I want to make sure anyone interested has a clear understanding of what the week involves before making that commitment.
If you're interested, please register and reach out to me so we can talk through everything!
Parent Meeting
I also plan to host a Parent Information Meeting on Zoom within the next few weeks!
This will be an opportunity for parents to join, hear more about camp, and ask me any questions they may have before making the commitment to register their teen.
We can talk about camp costs, transportation, fundraising, chaperones, the white-water rafting trip, what camp is like, and anything else you may be wondering about!
I know camp is a big commitment, both financially and with summer schedules, so I want everyone to feel comfortable and have all the information they need before making that decision.
I'll be sharing the Zoom meeting date and link soon!
The only thing I want to mention is that spots do tend to fill up quickly, especially with us only receiving 32 of the 40 High School spots I originally requested.
While I absolutely encourage anyone with questions to attend the meeting, I also don't want families to miss out because they waited too long to register.
Remember, the $150 deposit is refundable through February 27th, so there is some flexibility if your family's plans change before then.
Why Summer Camp Is Worth It
Every year, I am reminded just how special these camps are. Last year was another incredible experience for our youth group. We brought more teens to camp than we had in years, and seeing the friendships, faith, and community that developed throughout the week was such a blessing. One of my favorite parts of summer camp is hearing from parents afterward about the impact it had on their teens. Over the summer, I received so many heartfelt emails and stories from parents about how much camp meant to their teens. Whether it was the friendships they built, the growth they experienced in their faith, or simply coming home full of joy and excitement, it was incredible to hear. I know camp is an investment, both financially and in your family's time. But I truly believe these are the kinds of experiences that can have a lasting impact on our teens and their relationship with God. If you're on the fence about sending your teen, I encourage you to talk with some of the families who have attended in previous years and hear about their experiences firsthand!
Let's Make Summer Camp 2027 Amazing!
Thank you all for your patience throughout the interest form process and for continuing to support our youth ministry!
I know that finding a week that works for everyone is nearly impossible, and I appreciate everyone taking the time to fill out the forms and help me plan.
I'm excited that we have our dates secured, that both camps are happening during the same week, and that we can begin fundraising early to help make this experience possible for as many teens as we can.
